privacy policy

Your data

Your data will not be stored to send unrequested solicitation or advertisements. It is solely used to make contact with customers and will be disregarded after work completion as requested. Customers and the artist, the provider of service, are in agreement that contact and social media won’t be shared, redistributed, or used for personal means at a later time without explicit permission or request.

The rights to your art

When you purchase artwork, you, (a singular individual entity, a person), when purchasing art for purposes such as freelance advertising, hobby productions, social media marketing, or other personal media projects, you have full and free rights to re-post, re-upload, and remix the product.* The up-front purchase includes any royalty fees for individual and single-person enterprises.

If you are a corporate business, negotiation will be required and will be priced based on the size of the company or corporation in question.

*Credit is still required, provided in any one state – verbal, written, video or audio recordings, etc. which incorporates linking or sourcing back to any confirmed social media or bbdraws.ca affiliation

Repurposing & remix guidelines

Please do not remove my watermark or signature intentionally – it passes if you’re cutting art out to use as a stream item or collage or something like that, but don’t attempt to remove it from the full piece. There is a reason it’s there!

Do not use my imagery in any sort of production that includes, implies, or in any way directs to:

  • Discrimination against any disenfranchised person, group of people, race, culture, sex, gender and orientation
  • Targeted hate speech, harassment campaigns
  • Political media*

*If I want it, I’ll make it. If you want it, you may commission it; but don’t twist something benign without my acknowledgement and consent first.
